A useful expectation, not a promise. Your starting point, sleep, food, recovery and consistency all matter.
Soreness may peak early. Reps can rise as your nervous system learns the movements.
Movements may feel more familiar. Grip, control and training rhythm can improve.
Some entrants begin noticing changes in posture, movement quality or how clothing fits.
Brief holds can become repeatable. Tendons and joints still need patient progression.
The final phase turns consistent practice into standards you can film and verify.
Results vary. The challenge involves physical exercise and participation is at your own risk. If you have an injury, health condition or concern, obtain medical advice before starting. Stop and seek advice if you experience pain, dizziness or another concerning symptom.
Posting and submitting are not the same action. Your grading must be sent privately to CALI100.
From 14 December, film your six movement families using the official filming protocol.
Send final photos and grading footage privately by 11:59pm AEST on 24 December.
CALI100 reviews the footage and issues your verified final score and highest fully achieved rank.
Entry is free and limited to the first 100 accepted entrants across Australia and New Zealand.
