This first CALI100 challenge is about creating the community together. Each week gives you a training theme, a question to explore and a reason to turn your experience into useful content.
Pull, push, legs, core, handstand and lateral strength build a balanced foundation for every CALI100 colour.
Train six exercises, complete three working sets and practise across six days, scaled to your level and recovery.
During the grading period at the end of the challenge, post a clear video showing all six standards for the rank you are attempting.
Pass all six verified standards to officially earn the corresponding CALI100 rank.
Complete the challenge and pass your final grading to receive your earned-colour hoodie and numbered singlet free.
Every eligible finisher receives one equal entry to win the 1928 $100 Gold Certificate.
At the bars, choose one exercise from each of the six columns, complete three working sets and train across six days. Days 1, 3 and 5 prioritise strength; days 2, 4 and 6 prioritise skill and volume. Day 7 is rest.
Open a colour to see all six requirements. Official challenge grading takes place during the final grading period. Post all six standards cleanly, pass verification and receive the matching Rank Pack free.
Every week has one pillar and one learning question. Film an appropriate attempt, explain what you discovered and contribute something useful to the community.
Show your push-up form. What did you learn about your push?
Film your pull-up or dead hang. What surprised you about pulling?
Film your squat. Where do you feel it most: legs, core or balance?
Show your leg raise. How has your core changed since Week 1?
Film your side-plank or flag progression. What helps you keep your hips high and your body aligned?
Show your handstand progression. What is the scariest part of inverting?
Film your dip. How does upper-body pushing feel different from push-ups?
Show an appropriate muscle-up progression or attempt. What is the hardest transition?
Film your lever work. What body awareness have you gained?
Show an appropriate planche progression. How have your wrists and shoulders changed?
Connect two or three movements at your level. What flows naturally for you?
Attempt a safe personal best. Which movement are you most proud of?
Film your best week of training. What has become your favourite movement?
Show your final benchmark. How have you changed across the 100 days?
The challenge is built around a weekly rhythm that turns personal training into shared education and community accountability.
Use the weekly pillar and question to focus your training and attention.
Record a short, honest attempt using a safe variation suited to your ability.
Share what you learned, felt, improved or still find difficult.

The method practises six movement families for three working sets across six days. Six days does not mean maximum effort every day—volume and variation must be scaled to your recovery and ability.
Do not train through sharp pain. Seek clearance from an appropriate health professional and use a safer regression where suitable. CALI100 provides general training guidance, not individual medical advice.
Every eligible verified finisher receives one equal entry. One winner is then selected at random in accordance with the official challenge terms.
The winner receives the 1928 United States $100 Gold Certificate, currently estimated at $4,450 AUD. There is no cash alternative.
