A visible level from White 00 to Black 06.
You get the book. Then you get 100 days to use it.
I write your CALI100 plan from your own six movement results, your available time and the equipment you actually have. The free challenge starts 16 September 2026.
How you get it: find your rank, then apply. Your book is written from the six results you submit, so it’s built after your application — not before. Apply before Day 1 to receive the complete 100-day book.
Your 100-Day Calisthenics Plan
Pull · Push · Legs · Core · Handstand · Lateral
CALI100 · Cohort 0Calisthenics has movements. It needed a measure.
Swimming has qualifying times. Climbing has grades. Chess has a number. I built CALI100 as a belt-style measure for calisthenics, with seven colours and six movement families.
Pull, Push, Legs, Core, Handstand and Lateral.
A CALI100 Score out of 100 sits beside your colour.
Your placement is the highest colour where you meet all six standards. Your lowest column sets your rank.
The thing you avoid still counts.
A good pull score cannot hide a missing core standard. The book starts with the whole picture, then writes the work from there.
What I put in your book.
This is not a template with your name added. I use the six answers you give us to write the training around where you are now.
Six days a week. Every session written out.
A, B and C. Every session covers all six movement families, with a different pair leading the day.
If you have twenty minutes, the book is written for twenty minutes.
No bar means training written around no bar. The published grading standards do not change.
A lower-load week is already built into the plan.
The six videos you will film at the end are named on day one.
Equipment gaps, another sport or a goal the ladder does not measure can be addressed directly.
No calories. No grams. No targets.
Your book has real pages.
Each finished copy includes a contents page with its actual page numbers.
Day A · Pull and Push lead.
What the book refuses to do.
This matters more than another promise. The limits are what keep the plan tied to what you have actually told us.
No targets above your evidence.
I will not prescribe above what you have demonstrated. Every target is capped against your six results.
No writing around an injury.
If a movement loads an injury you have stated, I stop the book being built rather than pretend it is fine.
No nutrition numbers.
Not one calorie. Not one gram. The eating page stays deliberately simple.
How the hundred days run.
The person helping you train is not the person who grades you. Your final submission is checked against the published CALI100 standards.
Starting point
Find My Rank, apply and send the Day 1 information required for your path.

Weekly check-in
Complete twelve of fourteen weekly check-ins using the public or private path you selected.
Day 100 grading
Film your six final standards and receive your verified colour and score.
You do not need the same starting point.
Nobody in the founding cohort placed at Black, including me. The point is to measure honestly, then train the gap in front of you.
You train on and off.
You know exercises. You need the next fourteen weeks written down.
You are beginning.
There is a real score below White. You can enter without being told you are not ready.
You are lopsided.
You are good at one thing and avoiding another. The six columns make both visible.
A hundred days is a measure, not a promise.
If your goal is two colours away, a hundred days may close part of the gap rather than all of it.
Your strongest movement does not cancel the weakest column. That scoring limit is stated before you begin.
Find your rank. Get your book. Start on 16 September.
